Subwoofer-Settings for Jamo SW-1008

First I must say that my english ist not good , so sorry for that...(Is there a german support for Audyssey ?)

Which settings are correct for the Subwoofer JAMO SW-1008 in Connection with AV-Receiver ONKYO TX-SR578 ?

There are three Controls to setup:

1. Level (min - max)

2. Cut off Frequenzy (40 Hz - 150 Hz)

3. Phase (0 - 180°)
