Audyssey MultEQ with Advanced Low Frequency Correction (ALFC)

I'm using Denon AVR-1610 and I'm very satisfied with subwoofer correction by MultEQ. I'm going to buy secondary receiver for additional speakers set and want to have subwoofer correction as good as in AVR-1610. I found Denon AVR-1509 on auction site but after investigation I spotted that AVR-1610 has "Audyssey MultEQ XT with Advanced Low Frequency Correction (ALFC)" and AVR-1509 has only Audyssey MultEQ XT.

Is it possible that these units have different MultEQ XT versions or maybe in newer models Denon improved only description?

    ALFC was introduced later as an improvement to the low frequency performance of MultEQ in the subwoofer channel.
