Trouble connecting to DHC-80.3

I have read and and followed the network connection document. The only way that I can connect is to perform a "ALL CLEAR" each time. Quite the PITA. I spoke to Integra and they were completely clueless on this matter. There has to be something that can be done to resolve this issue. Does anyone one know of a work around or another method? It would be great to have the option to connect via USB or even serial to get around this issue.

    Which version of Audyssey MultEQ Pro are you running?

    What OS, 32 or 64 bit?

    I am assuming that you are referring to MultEQ Pro calibration, do you have any issues with the consumer calibration?

    MultEQ Pro v3.6 connects to my Integra DHC-80.3 no problem at all (both in Vista HP and Windows 8, 32 bit).
