The Bluetooth connection quality is disappointing. The unit cuts out when using the iphone, walking around, or for no apparent reason. I understand Bluetooth limits, but those are not being compromised in any way. Please assist.

Permanently deleted user First, we recommend that you follow the factory reset instructions found here: http://ask.audyssey.com/entries/318021-reset-dock. If that doesn't work, then Bluetooth is most likely defective, which is why the speakerphone isn't working. If that is the case, please contact technical support at (877) 655-4901.
