How can I open the unit in order to push out a dent?

Opening the unit is not recommended as it may void the warranty.

Audyssey cannot support customers opening their units. There are high-voltage lines accessible if the grills are removed, and it becomes a huge safety risk. The units are not intended to be taken apart.
