Permanently deleted user If you are not getting a connection please try the factory reset on the dock. This is done by holding down the two buttons on the back of the unit at the same time for a few seconds. The dock will shut down and then turn back on. Also, you may want to try connecting another device (iPhone/iPod) if available, to make sure that the connection problem is definitely with the 30-pin connector on the dock, and not the device. If you still continue to have connections problems then you should contact technical support at (877) 655-4901. The issue will be escalated if they are unable to resolve the problem after troubleshooting.
