Will the South of Market Audio Dock be compatible with the new iPhone 5?

Permanently deleted user Without the iPhone 5 actually shipping we have no way to test and verify this at the moment. It is probably safe to say that the dock will perform the same way as it does with iPhone 4. It works correctly and has all functionality but you may receive a pop up message stating that the device is not fully compatible. If you do get this message, simply click dismiss and you can use the device.

zung dinh I have an iPhone 4. I recently upgraded to IOS 5 and now the dock no longer charges my iPhone. Any idea? Is there an software upgrade to fix this problem.

Permanently deleted user We have tested the iPhone 4 with iOS 5 and have not found any issues. You might want to try to factory reset the dock to see if that helps. The factory reset is done by holding down the two buttons on the back of the unit at the same time for a few seconds, the dock will shut down and then turn back on. If your iPhone 4 is still not charging after you have tried that, please contact me at ctrudeau@audyssey.com and I can assist you with a possible warranty return.

Chester Tan I just want to share that I just bought the SOMA yesterday and I am also experiencing charging problems. I have contacted the shop who has agreed for an exchange.

Dominic D Caruso I have an i phone 5 Worked great out of the box and will play using the "corded adaptor" however, I have since updated to IOS 6.01 as has my wife and now neither of us can "see: the Audssey dock when we try to pair our phones. We have had our dock for quite some time so I think it is out of warranty :-(. Has ther been any testing with IOS 6.01 any one else having these issues?

Raymond I am using iPhone 5, iOS 6.01 as well.
No problem with the dock or bluetooth so far

Audyssey Labs Hi Dominic,
Try resetting the dock by holding down the two buttons on the back until the top light starts flashing red. Then pair and connect your phone to it again.
