Permanently deleted user Hi Andy,
Normally in this case we would recommend the factory reset, but since you tried this and it's still not showing up then there may be a problem with the dock. If you are still having this problem please contact our technical support department at (877) 655-4901 so they can further troubleshoot the issue. If they are unable to solve the problem then it will be escalated for possible warranty return. The Soma dock is covered under a 1-year warranty.
Best regards,
Cindy

Truong Nguyen I just got this dock, brand new out of the box and trying to connect via bluetooth. Same problem. It doesn't seem to be a defect, probably just not supported. I have iPhone 4S with iOS5. Bluetooth on the phone is working just fine with my car, but doesn't see the SoMA via discovery mode.
Any other solution?

Permanently deleted user We have tested the iPhone 4s and Bluetooth streaming of music on the SoMa and it works fine. You may try to "forget this device" in the Bluetooth settings in your phone, and then try pairing again.
It it is still not working please try power cycling your iPhone. Then factory reset the audio dock by holding down both buttons on the back of the unit for a few seconds. The dock should shut down completely and then turn back on. After you have done this try pairing the device again, by holding down the top button on the back of the Soma dock for a few seconds, until your iPhone detects it.

Permanently deleted user Hi Joe, have you tried pairing another device just to confirm it is not an issue having to do with the iPhone? If so, and you continue to have the problem then please contact me directly at ctrudeau@audyssey.com and I would be more than happy to assist with a warranty replacement.

William Majarian I'm having the same problem. Just took my new SOMA out of the box and set it up for the first time. First problem was random starts and stops while docked. Read the threads about that and am waiting for an answer. In the meantime I decided to just stream via bluetooth. Worked for about 45 minutes, then crackled and died. Although I can still see the device on my iPhone and iPad, I can't connect. Tried resetting all devices but not change. Can still play while docked, but you know the problems there. Can you help?

Permanently deleted user Another thing to note: Please try rebooting your iPhone if you are having Bluetooth connectivity issues. In some cases this fixes the problem.
