I'm not from US, my father just bought me an audio dock. I read all the instructions and than after that turned the audio on. The music started to play normally and stoped 5 minutes later. The light of the play/pause button turned off and the iPhone 4 stopped to charge. I have already tried to reset it but it doesn't work at all. The voltage is corect, there's no problem about it. He bought it 3 days ago in Miami and it is the very first time I put it to play. What can I do? I'm from Brazil, is there any way to apply the waranty here?

Audyssey Labs Hi Fernanda,
Are you sure about the voltage? From what I understand, Brazil has both 110V and 220V. Which one are you on? If you plugged in to 220V then I'm afraid you have damaged the dock as the US version must only be connected to 110V power.

Fernanda Becker Yes, we have bolt voltage here in Brazil, but in my house we just have 110V. I plugged in a 110V power.

Permanently deleted user Hi Fernanda,
I am very sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I will be in contact with you on a separate email about this to assist with a warranty return.
Best regards,
Cindy Trudeau
