Do the LES Media Speakers support AirPlay?

Audyssey Lower East Side Media Speakers do not inherently support Apple AirPlay. However, it does have an optical audio input so you can connect it to an Apple TV and stream music wirelessly through that. You should also be able to connect to an Airport Express base station which features an analog and/or optical output port.
