I can't get the second speaker to work. The interconnected cables are both stripped at the ends, red to red and black to black. I'm not sure why they aren't working. Any ideas?

Permanently deleted user This could be due to a bad 3.5 mm cable. Please try another 3.5 mm cable if you have one. If that is not the issue, you may want to try another device. Also, please try the TOSLINK connection to see if that gives any sound. If none of these solutions work please contact me directly at ctrudeau@audyssey.com for a possible warranty return.

Andrew Clifton I am getting the same issue here. Just got the speakers today. Tried a second stereo cable that worked fine with a CREATIVE two-speaker set I had. Connected the AUDYSSEY speakers to my computer and my Nexus phone with only the primary speaker working. Sounded great of course, but just the one working. I do not have a TOSLINK connection to attempt, so should I also send you an email for it continuing to not work?

Andrew Clifton scratch that, I did some more fiddling, the wires connecting the two seemed a bit bit, straightened out and now seems to be fine! Awesome!
