Trouble connecting paired Bluetooth device to Wireless Speakers

1) Make sure your Wireless Speakers are disconnected from other devices. If another Bluetooth device is currently streaming to your Speakers they will not connect. (Pressing the Bluetooth pairing button will disconnect the Speakers from any device)

2) If your Bluetooth device has already been paired to your Wireless Speakers you may also try removing the Speakers from the devices list of Known Devices. Then start at the beginning of the pairing process in this manual and pair them again.
